Sausages & Vaffles

Sibyl Vane met chef Vladimir Upeniek when we competed to represent Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest. He loves our music and we adore his food. Vorstid ja Vahvlid is Estonian for sausages and waffles. Vladimir is talented and warm hearted. He asked us once to cook in his restaurant. You can’t go wrong ordering the spruce remulade.
